An optimist hangs clothes outside in a rain storm, positive it will stop.

A pessimist never hangs clothes out because it might rain.

    According to my own statement, I am an optimist. :) When I was hanging clothes on the line this morning it was raining. I knew it would quit. It's now nice and sunny. :)
